Because we saw too many brilliant ideas stall simply because they lacked the right support system to scale. So, we committed to cultivating an environment where potential could actually turn into progress.
Before we could help businesses sprout, we had to grow our own roots. Our journey is built on eighteen years of passion, real-world experience, and a deep belief in the power of next-generation talent.
In 2008, our founder took a leap of faith to step away from corporate employment and build something independent. The goal was simple: to have the freedom to work on meaningful projects that focused entirely on making technology kind, safe, and easy for real people to use.
Planting the Seed

From the very beginning, we chose to work alongside recent university graduates as independent contractors. We instantly fell in love with their high energy, unmatched creativity, and the fresh ways of thinking they brought to the table.

Eventually, our founder was offered a leadership role at a highly forward-thinking company and decided to take it. This period allowed our leadership to gain inside knowledge of how modern corporate environments operate and what companies look for in final deliverables.
While working in the industry, our founder noticed two major problems: bright students were struggling to find quality, hands-on internships, and growing businesses with tight budgets were being priced out of high-quality design work. We knew there had to be a way to solve both problems at once, and that’s exactly when our Founding Operations & UX Research Associate joined the mission to help turn this spark of an idea into a reality.
Noticing the Gap
We didn't just throw this program together; we built it on research and testing. Our Founding Operations & UX Research Associate went on an immersion design study, reviewed countless academic programs, and interviewed design experts and students to build this structured mentorship model.
