This case study represents a conceptual framework created to demonstrate Design Seedling's capabilities. While the client scenario (Company X) and background research are theoretical models, all design deliverables—including the user personas, journey maps, physical screen UI, and clickable mobile app prototypes—were fully designed and executed by our Sprout Program student team.
